Awareness and opinion of health professionals about various aspects of the implementation of HDSS

Introduction: The lack of appropriate health information obstructs population assessments, as well the development and evaluation healthcare interventions. Surveillance is sometimes used interchangeably with epidemiology in its broadest definition, which understandable. Surveillance, on other hand, maybe considered to have evolved into a separate discipline from epidemiology. Objective: To study Awareness opinion professionals about various aspects implementation HDSS defined rural community district Jammu. Result: present was carried out Miran Sahib Zone RS Pura Block, six villages were selected randomly. surveyed 20 professionals' over 3.56 km2 area field practice 12 HPs had experienced less than 10 years while others more years’ experience. majority aware enumeration methods small proportion 25% considers data generated by such systems be useful for policy planning prioritizing services particular area.
